The Direct Business team is working on preparing feasibility studies approved by government and financing agencies in seven stages:
The first stage: the customer presents the manufactured papers that he wants to open in Saudi Arabia.
The second stage: the client's papers are studied from all economic aspects and whether there is any feasibility in this investment that the investor is applying for.
The third stage: If there is a feasibility in a project, the Direct Business team prepares an economic feasibility study approved by government agencies and Saudi banks.
The fourth stage: His papers are submitted and an industrial license is issued to start his industrial activity within a maximum period of fifteen days.
The fifth stage: all the factory’s papers are submitted to the financing agencies in Saudi banks, and financing is obtained ranging from 50% to 75% of the project capital.
The sixth stage: the project land (factory) is allocated for rent in the industrial cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or for purchasing the land.
Stage 7: We contract with approved contracting companies and engineering consulting offices to build the factory at reasonable costs and high quality.
The eighth stage: After starting the operation of the factory and the work of production lines, we arrange with industrial investment funds and financial companies contracting with us to offer the factory for public subscription in the Saudi stock market (Tadawul).
