Industrial licenses

Direct Business is working on issuing industrial licenses for international factories that want to expand their activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are going through eight stages:
The first stage: the client submits his papers to Direct Business, and his request is studied to find out the feasibility of his project in the Saudi market or not.
The second stage: In the event that the client's project is economically feasible, an economic feasibility study is prepared approved by government agencies and Saudi banks.
The third stage: the investor's papers are submitted and an industrial license is obtained from the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Commerce to start his activity.
The fourth stage: After issuing the industrial license within a maximum period of fifteen days, the application is made to the Industrial Estates Authority and obtaining industrial land to establish your project or buying land of a suitable value to build the factory on.
The fifth stage: We present the factory file to the financing agencies in Saudi banks, and obtain industrial financing at a rate ranging from 50% to 75% of the project capital.
The sixth stage: If the client wishes to present his project as an investment opportunity and to obtain a partnership with Saudi companies, then he can offer this investment opportunity to them.
The seventh stage: Contracting companies and engineering consulting offices accredited to us are contracted to build the factory at reasonable costs and high quality.
The eighth stage: After the factory starts selling its products in the Saudi market, a contract is made with industrial investment funds and financial companies to offer the factory for public subscription in the Saudi stock market (Tadawul) or (Nomu).
