Issuance of investment licenses

Direct Business has a professional team working on issuing investment licenses for international companies wishing to invest in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We issue these licenses from government agencies such as the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Industry, and they pass through eight stages:
The first stage: studying the client's request and finding out what activity he wishes to invest in in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The second stage: If the client wants us to do an economic feasibility study for his activity, we prepare an economic feasibility study approved by government agencies and Saudi banks, in order to know the economic trends of the Saudi market.
The third stage: We present the papers of the company or factory to these government agencies, and an investment license is issued within a period not exceeding five working days.
The fourth stage: We document the investor's commercial contracts with government agencies through an accredited law firm.
The fifth stage: We learn to choose the appropriate location for the company's office or factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The sixth stage: We prepare the company's structure administratively and select employees with academic degrees and highly qualified for it.
The seventh stage: We open a bank account in Saudi banks for the company, factory, or investor if he is an individual.
The eighth stage: Finding the right Saudi partner for you as a partner with you in your company or factory, in case the customer wants that.
