The Direct Business team is working on presenting economically viable investment opportunities in the Economic Vision 2030, through seven stages:
The first stage: The Direct Business team is based on a detailed study of those investment opportunities offered to investors and their economic feasibility.
The second stage: If there is a feasibility for the investment opportunities that have been studied, they are presented to the investors.
The third stage: In the event that the investor wants to return a detailed economic feasibility study on these investment opportunities, the Direct Business team prepares these studies according to international standards, noting that the studies that we present are considered approved by all authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The fourth stage: If the investor wants to reduce these investment opportunities, we will work on arranging the procedures for registering his company and representing him commercially and legally before those government agencies to obtain all approvals.
The fifth stage: We are working on documenting the investor's legal contracts with all the parties that he will contract with through our accredited law firm.
The sixth stage: We seek the investor to obtain a commercial loan from Saudi banks at a rate of 50% - 70% of the value of the project capital.
The seventh stage. This investment opportunity is launched by contracting with contracting companies and engineering offices accredited by Direct Business to implement the project according to reasonable costs and high quality construction that is compatible with the Saudi Contracting Code regulations.
